Sorry for the absence on our corner for the next two weekends, but our “daytime” jobs are in restaurants and restaurants around here get really busy for Mother’s Day and Graduation. As many of you know, Tanya is also the Pastry Chef for the Fairview at the Washington Duke Inn. The next couple of weekends will be very hectic- this after Easter a just a week ago last Sunday. So, we’ll be taking special orders with 48 hours notice, but we will not be downtown for the next two weekends. On another note, we are very close to revealing the details of our brick and mortar evolution! A storefront bakery and cafe is on the near horizon for DaisyCakes. Stay tuned to this blog for details.
